PROJECT 3 - Lowburn Valley

A sleek and modern house build, featuring good use of iron sheet as the main choice of exterior cladding, but with a mix of softer timber materials to balance the look.

This house was built in two parts with an adjoining decking area between the two. Providing ample opportunity for outdoor living.

​

Clever design saw the utility room with diesel heater, laundry and office areas separated from the rest of the main house. This provided a quieter, more relaxing feel to the main bedrooms and living areas. 

​

Ample garaging and storage was also a significant feature of this build.
