Carden Building

This was an interesting build for us, as the owner decided to go with a piled floor rather than the standard concrete slab.

A combination of solid construction materials, including a unique oversized brick for the walls and an iron roof.

​

This property also featured a rumpus room above the garage area, large attic spaces for additional storage and a two car garage with internal access to the home.

Built with family in mind, this build well suited this growing family.
